Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity on your account.

You are responsible for the content you send, upload or share through the App, and for ensuring you have the right to share it. You agree to use the App in a respectful, lawful manner.

You agree not to:

• Use the App to harass, threaten or harm any person.
• Upload illegal, infringing or sexually explicit content involving minors.
• Attempt to access, reverse engineer or disrupt the App or its infrastructure.
• Use the App to send spam or malicious software.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Each account is intended for a single individual. Couple connections require both users to consent. You may disconnect or delete your account at any time from within the App.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data.

We work to keep the App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

The App, including its design, code and branding, is owned by TWO Technologies and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the content you create, but you grant us a limited license to store and deliver it within the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TWO Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
