Data deletion request
Delete your TWO account
You can ask us to permanently delete your TWO account and all data associated with it. This page is provided to comply with the Google Play Data Deletion policy.
What we will delete
- • Your account profile and authentication data
- • Your couple connection and shared profile
- • All chat messages and reactions
- • Shared moments, photos, and uploaded media
- • Location history and any saved places
- • Notification tokens and device identifiers
What we may retain
- • Anonymized, aggregated analytics with no personal identifiers
- • Records required by law (e.g. fraud prevention, tax) for the period required by applicable regulation
Deletion is processed within 30 days of receiving your request. Backups are purged within 90 days.
Prefer to do it in the app?
Open TWO → Profile → Settings → Delete account. The app will permanently remove your data immediately.
